We are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for a permanent position with our client in Yorkville, WI. Our client is a travel agency that exclusively serves corporate clients.

These clients are mostly small and medium-sized consulting companies whose employees (m/f/d) have a high demand for travel and accommodation bookings.

In addition to traditional air and train travel, your tasks will also include hotel and car rental reservations. You will determine the most cost-effective or time-efficient route and coordinate with the traveler.

You will also take into account any special requests (seat selection, vehicle size, etc.) while considering the various framework agreements that the companies have negotiated with service providers.

Your clients have high expectations and expect immediate responses, especially in the event of unexpected changes. You work in a highly professional manner and can prioritize tasks.
