In a residential group:


  • You will support people with intellectual disabilities and physical limitations in their cognitive and motor skills
  • You will organize daily routines and provide leisure activities
  • You will assist with daily tasks (dressing, laundry, household chores, etc.) and promote the independence of the residents
  • You will help the residents participate in social activities.

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a
    Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher, or Altenpfleger with experience in caring for people with disabilities
  • You are interested in a selfresponsible position for
    3035 hours per week
  • You enjoy working with people with intellectual disabilities
  • Shift work is normal for you (including nights and weekends)
  • You are a team player, proactive, empathetic, and
    reliable
  • You can motivate and encourage people with intellectual disabilities to manage their daily lives.
