Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • You manage and organize office processes while adhering to applicable regulations and quality standards
  • You create and send offers to our customers
  • You organize meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure that guests, customers, business partners, and applicants feel comfortable and well taken care of
  • You strive for continuous improvement, identify potential for optimization, and develop strategies to utilize them
  • You are responsible for organizing office supplies and materials
  • General office and administrative tasks fall within your responsibility
  • You support the accounting department with monthly closing
  • You assist the management
  • You are always available to listen to employees

Profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have initial work experience in office organization and ideally in the hotel/restaurant industry
