For the ensemble of event location, gastronomy, coworking space and start-up hub, as well as hotel, we are looking for a team of motivated employees who are brave enough to join us on our journey and together expand our dynamic and inspiring world.

We are currently looking for a
Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) in full-time, who will help us make our vision come true and implement it


Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the logistics and optimal organization of our warehouse for the entire F&B area
  • You handle the incoming goods independently and check them
  • You maintain our supplier contacts
  • You take care of the planning and provision of all beverages for the gastronomy and event area
  • You are responsible for monitoring and conducting the F&B inventory
  • You are involved in our procurement processes
  • You organize and optimize our warehouse processes for the Lokschuppen

What you bring:

  • Training as a warehouse logistics specialist or similar is desirable
  • Relevant professional experience in merchandise management and warehouse logistics is desirable
  • Reliability, conscientiousness and a high sense of responsibility
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Enjoyment of serviceoriented work in a modern gastronomy and event business
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills
