    Job Description

    You're a Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) that would like:
    The option to work four days per week (three-day weekends- every weekend)
    Ownership in your company through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
    The option to work remotely as much as desired, or go into an office
    Extremely flexible hours

    We are now hiring a Structural Engineer in Training with transportation experience If your experience is with transit or highways, we'd love to hear from you Our projects are transit buildings, roadways, bridges, pedestrian bridges, and regional infrastructure projects including river crossings, highway interchanges, and parking facilities.

    The best part- unlimited growth potential. There is a defined path for licensure (PE) and becoming a Project Engineer. This is an opportunity to join one of the most competitive consulting engineering teams in the Midwest.
    Become an integral team member performing Structural Engineering Design
    Perform structural plan production including design calculations and creation of contract documents
    Enjoy periodic field inspections

    Our office has an onsite workout facility, golf simulator, pickleball court, basketball court, a pool, a bar, free coffee café, and walking trails.


    About You:
    B.S. in Civil Engineering. Structural Emphasis or masters degree in structural engineering is a plus
    1-10+ years of structural engineering experience. Transportation projects a plus
    Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam (FE) preferred
    Experience with bridges and/or buildings preferred
    Municipal or Department of Transportation (DOT) project experience a plus
