    Looking for a Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) Who Wants:

    We are currently hiring a Structural Engineer in Training with a focus on transportation projects. If you have experience with transit or highways, we are eager to hear from you. Our projects range from transit buildings to roadways, bridges, pedestrian bridges, and various regional infrastructure works such as river crossings, highway interchanges, and parking facilities.

    The exciting part is the room for growth. There's a clear pathway for licensure (PE) and progression to a Project Engineer role. This is your chance to be part of a competitive consulting engineering team in the Midwest.

    • Be a crucial team member involved in Structural Engineering Design
    • Create structural plans, design calculations, and contract documents
    • Enjoy periodic field inspections
    • Access to on-site amenities like a workout facility, golf simulator, pickleball court, basketball court, pool, bar, coffee cafe, and walking trails.

    Requirements:

    • B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis or a master's degree in structural engineering is a plus
    • 1-10+ years of structural engineering experience, with transportation projects experience preferred
    • Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam (FE) is a plus
    • Experience with bridges and/or buildings is preferred
    • Previous work on Municipal or Department of Transportation (DOT) projects is an advantage
