    Description


    As a Business Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will entail conducting detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and overseeing user acceptance testing.

    Success in this role hinges on possessing a natural analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users effectively.

    Your primary focus will be on projects aimed at generating revenue across various areas of the company, such as sales, service, e-commerce, mobile commerce, and emerging channels.


    Your tasks will include:
    Assessing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions.
    Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and devising optimization strategies.
    Keeping abreast of the latest processes and IT advancements to facilitate system automation and modernization.
    Facilitating meetings and presentations to disseminate ideas and findings.
    Conducting thorough requirements analysis and documenting results.
    Communicating insights and plans clearly to cross-functional team members and management.
    Extracting critical information from stakeholder meetings and compiling useful reports.
    Collaborating closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
    Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
    Managing resource allocation and ensuring cost efficiency.
    Ensuring that solutions align with business needs and requirements.
    Conducting user acceptance testing.
    Overseeing project management, including plan development and performance monitoring.
    Implementing and maintaining procedures.
    Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs.
    Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
    Managing competing resources and priorities.
    Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring timely completion.


    Requirements for this role include:
    A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
    4-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

    Experience with BA/BRM on platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, SAP S4/HANA OTC, SAP S/HANA CRM Service, e-commerce, and related technologies is preferred.

    Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    The ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with them to find viable solutions.
    Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
