    Description
    Aescapeis actively recruiting a seasoned Social Media Manager & Content Producer for our founder and CEO, Eric Litman. Eric successfully founded and exited four companies before starting Aescape in 2017, and has quickly established himself as an authority within the tech-wellness industry, consistently pushing boundaries to develop products that make people feel better and live healthier lives.

    Position is part-time in New York with ability to be at Aescape HQ (Chelsea, NYC) as needed or content creation and ideation. Ability to travel 3-4 times per year based on event opportunities.

    Aescape is the NY-based lifestyle robotics company redefining self-care. We announced the world's first commercially available, fully automated AI-powered massage experience with Equinox in March - and this is only the beginning. We are in a period of rapid growth, launching our category-transforming product throughout 2024 with global leaders in hospitality, wellness, sports and fitness.

    What You'll Do
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to position Eric Litman as a thought leader in the wellness sector, utilizing social media as the primary platform. Balance thought leadership with showing the more personal and human side of Eric, showcasing his infectious energy and relatability.
    • Create engaging and shareable content across multiple platforms, focusing on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
    • Curate content pillars inspired and informed by Eric, including healthy food and restaurant recommendations, exercise tips, wellness tech insights, and reactions to industry news. Provide engagement recommendations and guidelines to assert Eric as an active voice in tech, robotics, wellness, and other relevant communities.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to audience engagement, and foster a positive online community.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to align content with broader company goals.
    • Celebrate Aescape milestones through Eric's voice, seamlessly harmonizing these with his overall social presence.
    • Post 2-3 times per week (or as appropriate) to establish a consistent posting cadence.
