Our client, a dynamic and innovative media company, is looking for an
International Media Manager to join their team in NYC
As the International Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the acquisition, management, and distribution of marketing campaign assets to international stakeholders.
Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, you will ensure the seamless flow of media assets, adherence to content security standards, and optimization of media management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between Domestic and International teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Manage international media libraries, including asset ingestion, metadata maintenance, user administration, system management, and asset distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure prompt and organized placement of all versions, layouts, and files received from vendors/partners into the library.
- Fulfill media management requests by coordinating with departments, external teams, and media systems to acquire, ingest, catalog, and distribute assets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Global brand partners, internal teams, and vendors to acquire media and relevant asset information.
- Uphold content security policies throughout asset acquisition, management, and distribution processes.
- Assist in managing digital asset systems and daily operations, addressing system issues, providing tech support, and maintaining metadata standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to integrate systems, improve workflows, and enhance departmental efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and workflow charts.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- 3 or more years of experience coordinating the acquisition and delivery of media assets for television/film promotional content.
- Proficiency in various file formats, cloudbased media management systems, and marketing/promotional workflows.
- Experience communicating with company executives, production teams, and studios.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and nonlinear editing software is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion.
- Strong followup skills and multitasking ability.
- Prioritization skills in a fastpaced environment with simultaneous deadlines.
- Dedication to excellence and accountability.
- Experience with data management systems and file sharing software.
- Effective collaborator with excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in written, oral, and visual communication, including drafting documentation.
