**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**Essential Functions Statement(s)**
+ Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor all Reeb orders for customers.
+ Actively track all project orders to ensure on-time and complete delivery.
+ Check orders and materials at the docks to ensure quality and accuracy. Communicate to the Quality control department and production department for any issues.
+ Enter tickets into Woodware (WW) for damaged or missing items.
+ Communicate with the Project team on any issues causing delays in shipment, or partial shipment.
+ Run the Committed Item Report and move special orders up or back in the production schedule based on the early arrival or delayed arrival of the material. If a project ticket, (do not move date) please email the projects department with notification of material arrival or delay.
+ Scan unshipped material on the loading docks.
+ Search warehouse and production shops for lost items.
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
**Education:** High School diploma or equivalent,
**Experience:** One year of customer service or operations experience and knowledge of Reeb processes.
**Computer Skills:** Affluent in MS Office, internet, e-mail, WMS, Wood Ware knowledge
