Responsibilities:

Occupational Health is looking for a Patient Services Representative for our Pottstown location.

This is a Fast paced office providing comprehensive health services to employees of client companies throughout the Tri County area.

The Patient Services Representative duties are answering phones, making appts, checking in and out patients in both Systoc and Epic.

Communicating with insurance companies, OH Client companies, patients, nurse case managers to facilitate care. Team approach to customer service and efficient office flow. Assisting with referral appointments. Also assist with urine drug screens and breath alcohol testing as needed.

Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-4pm. Flexibility to move to 7:30am when coverage is needed.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • OR
  • GED
  • OR
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

Experience

  • At least 1 year of Patient Services experience is preferred
