    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Manage the DxDT SharePoint and Teams to centralize DxDT information, planning, and
    budget
    Implements standard methodologies and ensuring cross-functional alignment and
    accountability
    Identifies project issues or resource gaps and facilitating resolution
    Reinforces proper decision making according to Client's Decision-Making Framework
    Monitors and communicates progress and adherence to diagnostic development timelines
    Facilitates resource planning, financial and capacity assessments
    Conducts risk management, contingency and scenario planning using a variety of project
    management tools
    Leads review and execution of Diagnostic development budget, processing of invoices,
    purchase orders, contracts, statements of work

    Top 3

    Must Have Skill Sets:
    Project management experience in biotech/Pharma managing CDx development projects supporting enrollment in early/late stage clinical trials
    Understanding/Knowledge of companion diagnostics development
    Understanding/Knowledge of different regulatory requirements for CDx.


    Skills:
    Experience with companion diagnostics.
    At least 2 YOE biomarker and diagnostics.
    PM certification would be a plus.
    MS office suite, PM tools, Smartsheet's.
    Candidate with biopharma or diagnostics experience astirzenica Maerk Client, etc, roch, agilent tech abbot, foundation medicine.


    Compensation:


    The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
