The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for assessing company-wide training and development needs and preparing and facilitating appropriate solutions for all colleagues. This position actively sources, designs and implements effective education and enhanced professional development programs, including leadership coaching, supervisory training, technical training resources, career pathing, competencies and KSAs, performance management and behavioral programs with responsibility for overall Colleague development and compliance training.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (required). Five years of experience designing and implementing colleague development programs. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred. Experience in insurance, and or financial/consulting services required.
