_We are looking to add a manager with strong leadership skills to our Business Development team. Someone who exhibits winning communication skills, is forward thinking, and anticipates the actions needed to overcome issues before they happen. Using managerial techniques to maintain a team culture of enthusiasm, collaboration, and trust._

Principle Duities & Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a quota of scheduling and campaign calls to develop business
  • Seek out and develop relationships to build new business
  • Coordinate and facilitate event schedules and logistics
  • Provide ongoing education and information to Event Marketing Associates as business dictates
  • Coordinate schedules and roadshows of the Events' team
  • Update and maintain database information within our Customer Records Management Software
  • Respond and handle outbound/inbound calls, setting appointments, and entering client data accurately and completely
  • Visit showrooms and roadshows to maintain and grow business
  • Occasionally, be available to work on weekends

  • Experience using a CRM and other computer software
  • Strong problem solving skills

Salary:
$45,0000 - $50,000 per year + bonus based on performance
