I have over 20 years of experience in leading and executing marketing, advertising, communications, brand strategy, product research and development, product launch, and sales management initiatives for various food and beverage companies. I have a proven track record of increasing sales, customer retention, and brand awareness through innovative and data-driven campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.

Most recently, I was the Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Communications at Oberweis Dairy, where I oversaw the home delivery (subscription-based grocery delivery), dairy stores (ice cream shops), restaurants, and grocery retail segments. I led a team of 15 marketing, communications, and sales professionals. I successfully launched a new line of organic dairy products, expanded the home delivery service to new markets, and implemented a digital marketing strategy that boosted online engagement and attracted new customers. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of the brand message and vision.
