Reporting to the Sr. Director of Inside Sales, Qumulos Inside Sales (ITAM) Leader will be managing a quota carrying sales team responsible for selling into our Commercial accounts. This team is responsible for finding new opportunities within their assigned geographies and driving those opportunities to closure.
This individual will have extensive experience selling Enterprise software as an individual contributor and leading a team of individual quota carrying sales people.

****Responsibilities:****
Lead the sales team to achieve their quota targets
Help the sales reps be successful in finding new opportunities and driving them to closure with their defined market segment
Build and implement a strategy focused around new logo acquisition, and a predictable stream of sales bookings.
Attract and retain A-level sales professionals and develop their skills so they can advance in their selling careers
Build and implement an on-boarding training plan to make them productive as fast as possible
Train sales reps on how to develop extensive channel relationships
Maintain a customer-focused, fast-paced, people-focused culture.
Ability to motivate sales reps to meet and exceed sales goals
Work with the senior executive team to accomplish Qumulos mission of being the company the world trusts to store, manage and curate data - forever.
****Qualifications:****
Successful sales leadership experience managing a quota carrying Sales organization for a similar technology company
Storage industry sales leadership experience-preferably file storage
A consistent track record of exceeding assigned revenue and profit goals
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Current network of potential candidates, customers and partners to leverage
Experience in recruiting, leading and developing high performance sales teams
Strong executive presence and leadership capabilities that translate into building credibility with customers, partners, and Qumulo employees
Business acumen-ability to develop and execute business plans that span sales as well as the company leadership team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
