    The Sales Manager drives the performance of the sales business while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers and employees.

    This is a rare career opportunity to join one of our family-owned dealerships located in the Lynnwood, Washington.

    The Sales Manager will train, lead, and monitor the performance of the sales consultants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:

    Direct new and used vehicle sales activities of the dealershipOffer and ensure that the store presents the highest level of customer servicePlan, monitor, and achieve the dealership's new vehicle sales targetsOrder new vehicle inventory to maximize sales objectivesPlan and implement new vehicle marketing activitiesRecruit, train, coach, and manage the new vehicle sales staffSupport sales personnel in the building of strong, long-term client relationshipsPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedDevelop and implement sales personnel schedulesRehash, review, and ensure sales deal accuracyPortfolio managementSupport F&I processWhat are we looking for?Automotive Sales Manager experience is requiredPeople oriented-both customers and employees with a positive and energetic personalitySelf-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environmentDesire to coach and train team to exceed their goalsStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong organizational skillsSome pre-owned experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredTarget compensation is $156,000/annually#LI-SS1At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.

    Pay:


    We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $101, $147,725.00 USD annually for full time employees.

    The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
