    Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to join a thriving team in Raleigh, NC, US?

    Marshall & Taylor, PLLC is on the lookout for a talented individual like you. With a competitive salary range of $79,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.

    You will take on a pivotal role in driving our firm's success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, and fostering efficiency across all divisions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures for all members of our team as well as developing KPIs for our team members.

    Compensation:

    $79,000 - $120,000 depending on experience level

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Analyze financial data and create reports for senior management to support decision-making.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication.
    • Monitor and assess key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
