    Operations Manager:

    (Day shift M-F 7:30AM/ 40 hours a week, Raleigh, 100% in-person)

    We are:

    A property service business that has grown quickly through great hiring, excellent service, and word-of-mouth. We bring tech-savvy service to a field where that is rare, and our clients rely on it and love us for it. We provide the following exterior property maintenance services to HOAs and Apartment Communities as well as Office Buildings, and Retail Shopping Centers: pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, wood restoration, and specialty cleanings.

    • Tech-savvy: It's not fully a desk job, but you need to be able to confidently navigate email, excel, and various apps.
    • 3 years good driving history and a valid NC driver's license to allow you to be covered on our auto policy.

    • Experience leading and coaching teams
    • Proven success with independent leadership roles
    • Demonstrated track record for small business success - the ability to wear many hats and speak up for improvements for everyone

    Sample Ops Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • Crew leadership & management
      • Main point of contact for a team of technicians
      • Coach, grow, and celebrate your team
    • Project Gameplanning
      • Team huddle/ briefing
      • Assign floating technicians
      • Confirm hydrant meter rentals, inventory, scope, out-of-town jobs, etc.
    • Internal Customer Experience
      • Committing to delivering an exceptional internal customer experience
      • Clear expectation setting
      • Proactive Communication of issues with a solution or deadline
      • Meet with AMs and other teams for collaboration
