    As a Production Engineer, you'll build and integrate new experiences for Lightspark's customers, and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of Lightspark infrastructure.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
    Designing, building, scaling, securing and maintaining production servicesWriting or improving code frameworks (e.g. monitoring, logging, database access, authentication)Desire to learn and grow in a highly collaborative environmentBuilding and optimizing core infrastructure to support new features and functionalityJoining the oncall rotation, supporting the Software Engineers, and debugging the hardest problemsWHAT WE'


    RE LOOKING FOR:


    5+ years of Production / Site Reliability / DevOps EngineeringExperience writing high quality and well tested codeExperience communicating and collaborating across technical and other cross functional teamsCS degree, or equivalent is ideal but not required.

    We appreciate and acknowledge that some of the best talent comes from non-traditional backgrounds.
    Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code solutions (i.e. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.)Experience programming in high-level languages such as Python is preferredLightspark is on a mission to build an open payment protocol for the Internet at scale and therefore we're committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace to reflect the customers we serve.
