    Description
    AMAYA Roofing & Waterproofing ) Las Vegas Valley's commercial and residential roofing experts are currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated Project Administrator to join our team

    Candidates should have experience with data entry, possess great organizational skills and be comfortable on the phone.

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer office phones.
    • Set up projects, proposals, and enter job-related information provided by estimators and inspectors in the company's project management system. Make sure that information is current and accurate.
    • Convert Projects to Work Orders (WOs).
    • Process Purchase Orders (POs).
    • Assist with developing and updating proposals and maintain client data records.
    • Assemble Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Job Site Safety Manuals for Production Division projects.
    • Create Change Orders (COs) once Project Manager provides direction on approved Change Proposals to be included.
    • Maintain open and frequent communication with Project Managers to ensure priorities are set and expectations are clear.
    • Perform all other duties that may be assigned by management.
    Required Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills to work with Project Managers, office and field personnel.
    • Great organizational skills to assist multiple Project Managers.
    • Computer and data entry skills.
    • English fluency; bilingual is a plus.
    • Safety training: OSHA 10-hour card. (AMAYA will provide and pay for this certification if you currently do not have one)

    Salary: $15/hour or Based on Experience.
    Paid Time Off.
