    Description
    Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager in the Houston area. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of office properties. The position is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, annual operating expense reconciliation and monthly reporting. Excellent communication, professionalism and attention to customer service are all important characteristics of being successful in this role.

    Responsibilities:
    Vendor-Contractor correspondence and meetingsHandling new leases and managing existing tenants leasesCollecting rentsCAM ReconciliationsAnnual property budgetsWeekly property inspections/visitsProcessing of Leases and Documents Requirements Active Texas Real Estate License is requiredBachelor's Degreed is preferred but not required
