Description
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and Marketing: Advertise vacancies, conduct property tours, screen prospective tenants, and negotiate lease agreements.
- Financial Management: Collect rent payments, track expenses, create budgets, and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance activities, oversee repairs, and ensure the properties are wellmaintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Vendor Management: Hire and supervise contractors, negotiate service contracts, and ensure quality workmanship.
- Legal Compliance: Stay uptodate with relevant landlordtenant laws, regulations, and fair housing practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, handle correspondence, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and liabilities, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure proper insurance coverage for the properties.
- Team Leadership: Supervise property staff, provide training and guidance, and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a _
Commercial_ Property Manager or similar role. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of property management software and financial principles.
- Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager
- CPM) are a plus.
Pay:
$75, $80,000.00 per year
