    We are adding a Director of Marketing to our restaurant operations team in Miami, Florida. Our Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for our growing organization.

    We are a fast-paced, team-oriented, expanding fast casual restaurant operation. The primary focus of our restaurant's leadership team is to lead by example, inspire, effectively and openly communicate and be collaborative with our entire restaurant family

    We offer our Director of Marketing:

    · A Base Salary of $85-90K

    · 15% bonus potential

    · Excellent benefit package

    Our Director of Marketing basic Responsibilities will include:

    · Creating a team environment that encourages accountability, high standards, and innovation.

    · To forecast, draft, implement, and oversee the marketing department's operating budget.

    · Oversight of the daily workflow of the marketing department.

    · To craft and communicate the brand narrative, leading the development and execution of the annual marketing plan,

    · To conceptualize, plan and lead in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, articulating essential initiatives, objectives, and performance metrics.

    · To network and build relationships with media, influencers, and community stakeholders.

    · To manage marketing budget and show project ROI.

    · To direct and implement our advertising and promotional activities.

    · To prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.

    · To collaborate with senior executives and develop growth plans for our organization.

    · Other related duties as assigned.

    Our Director of Marketing Skills/Abilities should include:

    · Bilingual, Spanish-English, native level.

    · Reside in Miami-Dade County or willingness to relocate to Miami.

    · Ability to travel 25% nationally and internationally.

    · Experience creating data-driven and creatively inspiring integrated marketing strategy.

    · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Outstanding critical thinking skills and thought leadership.

    · Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.

    · Develop detailed SOPs for the departments, helping to streamline creative and content services.

    · Brand Builder- deep understanding of marketing & communications and ability to use key design tools as needed (e.g., Canva).

    · Expert Communicator - excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening; adept storytelling ability, including identifying compelling stories and creating content (written, video, etc.) that compels people to action.

    · Project Manager - ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines; ability to manage contractors and vendors as needed, providing tailored feedback and managing deadlines.

    · Data Analyst - knowledge and proficiency with key marketing analytics tools and dashboards to analyze and showcase data for effective decision-making (e.g., Google Analytics)

    · Copyeditor – ability to review writing and identify how to optimize the content, and correct grammatical and spelling errors.

    · Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices.

    Education and Experience:

    · Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; (Master's Degree preferred)

    · Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role within the restaurant/hospitality industry, with a successful track record of opening and building new concepts.
