    Description

    Description

We are looking for an analytical, customer-focused and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our team and own and build the Analytics & Data Visualization of the future.

Are you a visionary PM with a passion for harnessing the power of analytics & data visualization to drive innovation? We are looking for an analytical, customer focused and data driven Senior Product Manager to join our team and own and build Analytics & Data Visualization that will help eliminate the financial complexity of healthcare.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct user research and collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and jobs-to-be-done. Distill insights from key stakeholders across the company, industry trends, product-generated data, competitive analysis, and sales data and become an expert in the domain.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to develop a strategy for your domain aligned with company goals. Translate this strategy into a roadmap, requirements, and milestones. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, CX, and Marketing to ensure the success of launched features, including Go-To-Market, launching, selling, and support.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to solve complex problems, driving the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Ship features that delight customers and result in significant and measurable business impact.
    • Take complex and ambiguous problems in a highly regulated domain, go deep and distill them into actionable solutions.
    • Understand, track and improve key product and business metrics. Iterate on the features using data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and ensure that the features delight our customers and surpass our business goals.

Here's what you bring to the role:

    • 4+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a focus on analytics, data visualization, or related areas, and a proven track record of building products customers love, preferably in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and distill complex datasets into meaningful insights.
    • Proven track record of successfully bringing analytics and data visualization products to market, from ideation to launch and beyond, delivering tangible business results.
    • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data architecture, analytics frameworks and visualization tools. Deep experience working with big, messy data sets, and data processing pipelines. Fluency in SQL, R and Python.
    • Ability to define and track metrics to successfully launch and land high impact features.
    • Experience driving zero to one products and scaling products successfully.
    • High attention to detail, strong bias for action and highly organized.
    • Strong product sense and customer obsession.
    • Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Soul player: you deeply care about the mission and the product.
    • Relentlessly focused on customers' needs, and thrive in working backward from the needs of your customers to build solutions that scale.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future trends and opportunities in the analytics and data visualization space.
    • Previous experience in healthcare/highly regulated domains is a plus, previous experience with Revenue Cycle is a strong plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or strong relevant work experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

We strongly encourage BIPOC, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ folks to apply for any open roles of interest. Building a truly diverse team is a challenge that we do not shy away from. Healthcare affects all people differently, but it significantly affects those in underserved communities. With a robust, diverse team, we are stronger and better equipped to change the future of healthcare for all.

    Salary

The salary range for this full-time position is $160K - $180K. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (please note: salaries are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization. Please note that the salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

    • Stellar health care plan options (Medical, Dental & Vision)
    • Unlimited PTO
    • 401K + 4% Matching
    • Fully remote work + $750 work-from-home stipend + paid quarterly remote co-working weeks

    About Turquoise Health

At Turquoise, we're making healthcare pricing simpler, more transparent, and lower cost for everyone. Have you or a family member ever gotten an MRI, a lab, or even a straightforward surgery without knowing the cost in advance? That's bonkers, right? We're working to fix that.
We're a Series B startup backed by top VCs a16z, Box Group, Bessemer Venture Partners, Tiger Global, Adams Street, and Yosemite. Most importantly, we're an accomplished group of folks (moonlighting as authors, bass players, improv instructors, chefs, linguists, and trivia buffs) with a passion for improving healthcare. We're eager to find ambitious and well-rounded teammates to join us on this mission.

    Job Location

Turquoise Health is a fully remote company based in the US. We work with team members and contractors in the US and around the world, but we operate on US business hours and work with clients entirely based in the US. For this role, we are seeking US-based candidates.

Please tell us if you require a reasonable accommodation to apply for a job or to perform your job.
