    We have offices in San Francisco, New York and London and remote team members across the US and Europe.

    We hope that you'll be interested in joining usThe role Were looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help accelerate our rapid growth plans by hiring top talent that will drive our growth and culture We are seeking individuals who will own the coordination process while always striving for excellence and a world class candidate experience.

    This position is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be based in our San Francisco office.


    You will:


    Schedule complex phone, virtual, and in-person interviews working across multiple time zonesManage logistics for the recruiting process, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and greeting candidates onsiteBuild strong relationships with our recruiting team and hiring managers to drive an exceptional recruiting processOwn the end-to-end candidate experience while always having an input on improving the recruiting processMaster our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools, and organizational products, including Greenhouse, GoodTime, Notion, and Google WorkspaceYou might be a fit if you:Have previous experience in a Recruiting Coordinator roleHave proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalismHave experience working at fast-growing companies and are comfortable with ambiguityAre an excellent verbal and written communicatorAre organized, systematic, and efficient.

    Most of our jobs need to be in San Francisco / New York / London, but certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description.

    Whats the interview process like?It starts the same for every candidate:
    getting to know the team members through 1 to 2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an engineer, a portfolio review for a designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in person interview panel after that if the screens go well.
