    Recruiting Coordinator

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a new team member to support our recruiting team and contribute to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for exceptional candidates.

    Responsibilities:
    - Ensuring a positive candidate experience through effective communication and interview scheduling
    - Managing the integrity of our applicant tracking system and updating candidate information to monitor progress
    - Collaborating with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open positions and guide candidates through the process
    - Supporting the recruiting team on various projects and actively identifying opportunities to enhance processes
