- Assisting on the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interview schedules, including arranging interviews with candidates and coordinating availability among hiring managers and interview panels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed.
- Manage partner relationships and operational aspects of recruiting software systems.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
- Support recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding efforts and diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in a recruiting coordination or recruiting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Google Product suite and experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
