    Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 160+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.

    What You Will Do:

    • Assisting on the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
    • Coordinate interview schedules, including arranging interviews with candidates and coordinating availability among hiring managers and interview panels.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed.
    • Manage partner relationships and operational aspects of recruiting software systems.
    • Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
    • Assist with the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
    • Support recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding efforts and diversity initiatives.
    • Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
    What You Will Bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
    • Prior experience in a recruiting coordination or recruiting.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
    • Proficiency in Google Product suite and experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Compensation is expected to be between $60,000 - $70,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
