    Overview
    The Green Recruitment Company is currently seeking a Client Representative to oversee and manage client relationships in Solar PV and Energy Storage projects. Based in Chicago, this contract position is ideal for professionals who are skilled in project management and customer service within the renewable energy sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to both clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client specifications and requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
    • Maintain robust communication channels with clients, facilitating smooth operations and ongoing engagement.
    • Document and report project details and client interactions to senior management, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in client management, particularly within the renewable energy field.
    • In-depth knowledge of Solar PV and Energy Storage technologies and market trends.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
