    The Regional Marketing Manager for Cytiva is responsible for working closely with Sales and Global marketing partners to activate strategic marketing priorities in the Eastern and Midatlantic Regions.

    This position is part of the Regional Marketing Organization located remotely across the United States, Canada and Latin America and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

    What you'll do
    • Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Regional Marketing plan incorporating regional strategy necessary to support global marketing initiatives within the Biopharmaceutical market segment in the Northeastern and MidAtlantic Region's of the US.
    • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs and tactics in support of Lead Generation (e.g., seminars, webinars, local trade shows) with focus on one of Cytiva's largest, industry leading Bioprocessing product portfolio across customer segments particular to the Northeast/Midatlantic region.
    • Plan, organize, and execute regional marketing and sales programs surrounding relevant regional product launches and strategic efforts
    • Build and maintain ongoing communications with Regional Commercial Leadership, Regional Marketing peers and Global Bioprocessing teams
    • Work with relevant Segment Marketing colleagues to forecast and measure the ROI for marketing campaigns and events
    Who you are
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, relevant Life Sciences, or Engineering
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in Marketing discipline in the Life Sciences Industry
    • Experience managing marketing projects such as content development, campaigns or events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process
    • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in a matrixed environment (empowering others to lead)
    Travel is required up to 30% both to the US, Canada and international outside of USCAN

    The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,000 - $144,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
