Responsibilities:


  • Develop targeted campaigns across sales and marketing to enhance acquisition, growth, and retention.
  • Analyze the current customer journey and suggest/implement enhancements across all touchpoints.
  • Create briefs, timelines, and budgets to achieve goals.
  • Build partnerships with various teams to craft innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Adapt tactics based on identified opportunities with clear value propositions.
  • Collaborate on the annual Customer Marketing planning.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on their business impact.
  • Establish a learning pipeline, setting clear goals and actions from test results.
  • Supervise the execution of plans, ensuring their flawless implementation.
  • Develop measurement plans and post-campaign analysis.
  • Utilize program metrics and customer feedback to enhance campaigns continuously.
  • Design and execute innovative tests and learning plans.
