    Role Overview:

    The Field Marketing Manager, Events plays a crucial role in driving sales and marketing goals by collaborating with various teams to develop and execute effective field campaigns, events, and growth strategies. Their main objective is to engage potential buyers and customers through multi-disciplinary marketing activities that result in sales pipeline and brand awareness. They are responsible for creating and executing both paid and owned event-related campaigns and identifying other relationship-building opportunities such as targeted marketing campaigns.

    In the role, the Field Marketing Specialist translate go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable programs with the ability to own projects from conception through reporting. The candidate's experience in marketing unlocks new ways of marketing to Eptura's audience, and is held accountable to detail-orientation, deadlines, and strategy to create experiences for customers and prospects that result in sales pipeline. The candidate must be a team player who has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for owning the event strategy, from program goals to show management.
    • Partner with the sales team and demand generation team to inform strategy, targeting, and an account approach for field initiatives.
    • Lead the regional strategy for executing data-driven integrated field programs in partnership with other marketing groups to reach target audiences and build sales pipeline.
    • Create lasting connections with our customers through your field marketing initiatives.
    • Manage all logistics for customer and prospect events in collaboration with event partners, venues and restaurants, coordinating room layouts, selecting menus and preparing Eptura representatives with background on attendees.
    • Owns relationships with vendors and independently coordinates event orders such as marketing exhibitions, materials, kit shipments, and swag.
    • Partners with marketing, creative, and design teams to carry out field event programs.
    • Manages briefings before, during and after events to ensure alignment and goal attainment.
    • Collaborates with marketing operations to coordinate target account lists, email lists, and post-event list procedures.
    • Executes all event logistics on site and ensure all details are thoroughly delivered, from printing of name badges or place cards to shipping labels and vendor management.
