    Event Content Manager

    Full Time/Benefits/ In Person

    Job Brief

    We are looking for a responsible Leader to manage a Team and organize all types of crafting content, from simple to more complex to meet our Brand Standards.

    As the Event Content Manager, your primary responsibility is managing a team of crafters and the creation of all crafting projects featured on our blog, social media, live television broadcasts, and livestream events.

    1. Has event production management experience
    2. Excels at meeting deadlines
    3. Extremely organized and detail oriented
    4. Has great communication and management skills
    5. Has great taste and enjoys making beautiful projects
    6. Expert papercrafting skills - scrapbooking, cardmaking, stamping and more

    Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

    1. Content Creation for Live TV and Video Tutorials

    2. Schedule project deadlines and managing on-time completion

    3. Provide craft design direction, materials and support to the crafts team

    4. Organize and maintain library of projects and products

    5. Uphold brand standards

    6. Project Manager for livestream events

    1. Prepare demonstrations and step outs

    8. Recruit craft designers as needed

    9. Support recorded video content

    10. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role
    • 3 plus years' experience in project management
    • An ability to prepare and interpret craft projects in to schedules and step-by-step action plans
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
