Currently,
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineering Lead to join our team in the National Capital Region.

This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide strategic and technical direction to contractor personnel in the architecture and design of solutions to meet requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science/Engineering/Electrical or Computer related field of study
A minimum of eight years of full lifecycle systems engineering experience in the design, development, and deployment of C5ISR systems within the last ten years
A minimum of five years of experience within the last ten years leading engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading systems-level analysis, requirements generation, prototyping, and modeling
Experience as a technical lead in DoD aviation engineering programs
Experience as a technical lead in DoD ISR aviation programs
Experience developing and integrating ISR sensor components such as: SAR/ISAR radars, SIGINT sensors, Electro-optics sensors, and SATCOM communications systems
Experience in DoD T&E
Master's degree or higher in a Science/Engineering/Electrical or Computer related field of study

Clearance Requirements:

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
