    Description


    One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Lead Engineer at one of their portfolios in Washington DC.

    This will be a fully onsite role with a 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday-Friday shift.

    This individual will join a large property management team and be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing building systems across a 1 million square foot portfolio.

    Required Skills & Experience
    -5+ years of commercial maintenance experience

    • Knowledge of refrigeration cycle, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
    • Ability to change out a compressor
    • Universal CFC
    • US Citizenship
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • DC 3rd Stationary Engineers license
    • Experience working in GSA leased office space

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
