Customer Service Representative Job Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $18-19/HR
Healthcare benefits after 30 days
Room to grow within the company
Casual office environment and dresscode

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Manage incoming/outgoing calls
Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years call center/customer service experience
Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
