Duties include ( but not limited to):

• Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns
• Enter customer information and sales data accurately into the system
• Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
