As a
Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support customers in a courteous and professional manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our clientele.


Location:
King of Prussia, PA 100% On-Site


Pay:
$19-$21/hr


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
