- Bachelors degree in finance, business, management, analytics, or other related field required
- 2+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills, project management, and team collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling to create compelling and effective presentations
- Ability to distill complex data into key findings and actionable intelligence

Overview:The Strategic Analysis team combines analytical and data storytelling skills to provide data-driven insights for leaders across the firm. Leveraging our expertise in the firms data, business model, strategy, and industry, our team leads collaborative projects to address open-ended business questions and develops novel analytical frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
The Analyst plays a crucial role in providing insightful analyses to address high-priority and strategic business questions for firm leadership. This involves conducting in-depth data analysis to support decision-making across multiple departments, including Finance, HR, Client Development, Attorney Talent, and others. To excel in this role, the Analyst must apply their knowledge of the firms business model and strategy, as well as their data visualization skills, to effectively connect data and analysis to the business context. The responsibilities of the role are both ad-hoc and project-based and require collecting relevant data, analyzing it in a structured manner, identifying trends and insights, and communicating findings via thoughtful deliverables.
Responsibilities:Ropes & Gray is proud to offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package to our business support team members. The anticipated pay range for this role is $72,500 - $108,000 in NY, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Working Conditions:This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
