What You'll Contribute


The Associate, Business Analysis will support the business analysis function by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and operational improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist in data analysis, and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business processes.

What You'll Do

  • Support business analysis initiatives by assisting in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement.
  • Assist in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support analysis and provide context for findings.
  • Assist in developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to contribute to process optimization, operational efficiency, and decisionmaking.
  • Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and analysis findings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in business analysis, and emerging technologies.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data sets and develop datadriven strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Interest in market and industry research.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
