- The Executive Administrative Analyst for CRD functions independently and provides highly visible operational support services for the CRD Director.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings within CBP and with industry, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and moderate the hybrid virtual/in-office daily, weekly, or monthly regularly scheduled meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence reviews for approval signatures and perform CRD-coordination for higher headquarters taskers and documents, Congressional correspondences, and Government Accountability Office (GAO) activities.
- Update the CRD Tasker Tracking System on status of all task packages for review and approval.
- BA/BS
- 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.
- Experience planning, organizing, and executing administrative support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
- Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization. Virtual meeting management skills for Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
