Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Program Administrative Support Analyst - F-35


Background:


The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is the Department of Defense's (DoD) focal point for defining affordable next generation strike aircraft weapon systems for the Navy, Air Force, Marines, and our allies.

The F-35 is the next generation strike fighter bringing cutting-edge technologies to the battlespace of the future.

The F-35's advanced airframe, autonomic logistics, avionics, propulsion systems, stealth, and firepower will ensure that the F-35 is the most affordable, lethal, supportable, and survivable aircraft ever to be used by so many warfighters around the world.

The JPO Directorate of Enterprise Services Acquisition (DESA) supports the program office PMOs with program management, contracting services, and quality assurance in order to provide the best, most efficient contract strategies in support of the JSF vision, mission, goals, and objectives.

The range of program support for this contract consists of administrative and analytical tasks which include but are not limited to:

  • Processing various personnel actions and travel requests, utilizing the Acquisition Program Execution (APEX) Tool.
  • Gathering metrics, and providing analytical support of data and processes

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite Programs (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) to provide support.
  • Create, update, enhance, and maintain contract files in specified locations, such as the Acquisition Program Execution (APEX) Tool, network drive, and/or Microsoft Teams.
  • Provide meeting support as required by the DESA Program Managers/Contracting Officer Representatives (PMs/CORs), document action items, take notes and track action items.
  • Process all personnel actions to include but not limited to the following: Send formal notification of Contractor arrivals, departures, and transfers to JPO Manpower and Infrastructure Teams. (Backfills, Manpower assessment, manage personnel trackers).
  • Gather information and data needed for PMs/CORs (Trusted Agents) excluding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to process transactions in the Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS).
  • Monitor, track, analyze, provide recommendations, and provide approval numbers for all contract Travel Authorization Requests (TARs) within two (2) business days unless required sooner.
  • Enter and validate contract data, financials, modifications, and contract deliverables (CDRLs) in the Acquisition Program Execution (APEX) Tool.
  • Provide support in monitoring tasks and coordinating responses within the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).

Security Requirements:
This position must have a SECRET security clearance.


Support Hours:

The Contractor shall provide required support services and staffing coverage during the DESA's normal working hours of , Monday through Friday (except on the federal holidays).

Additional hours may be necessary and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The Contractor shall conform to the normal 40-hour work schedule. When hiring personnel, the Contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the workforce are essential.


Place of Performance:
The primary place of performance will be the F-35 JPO located at 200 12th Street South, Arlington, Virginia.


Travel:

The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.
