- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring products meet the company's quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a large team, including three supervisors, to achieve production targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement production schedules and resource allocation to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes for improvements in efficiency, cost, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, standards, and best practices, including HACCP and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to optimize production processes and product quality.
- Manage and develop team members, providing training, setting performance standards, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve processes.
- Prepare and manage the production budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs, to ensure financial targets are met.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to production challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.
