Maintenance Technician $750/sign on bonus**
2 Openings:
M-F 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Sun - TH 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Position summary:
Education and experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some technical or college level coursework preferred
- Mechanical and repair experience
- Maintenance experience preferred
- Electrical experience preferred
- Welding experience preferred
Physical requirements:
50-pound lifting requirement
Visually inspect machinery
Prolonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces
Bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean and service machinery

Duties and responsibilities:
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machinery
- Thoroughly cleans machinery and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
- Oils and lubricates moving parts on machinery to ensure consistent and effective performance
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts
- Identifies areas of development and communicates ideas to supervisor and leadership
- Orders replacement parts for machinery
- Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machinery
- Repairs broken machinery quickly and efficiently
- Prepares reports documenting work performed
- Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies
- Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machinery
- Collaborates with Maintenance manager regarding new products being added and modifications that will be suggested and or required
- Makes necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with Maintenance manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required
- Learns and understands electrical repair and overall safety in a Maintenance environment
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
