These tasks contribute to your and our success:

  • Working in a 3-shift system
  • Shift planning and management in the screen printing / spraying area
  • Monitoring and control of the area
  • Inspection of all production equipment - printing machine, embossing machine, spraying system, etc.
  • Provision of raw glass and general consumables (ink, screens, etc.)
  • Checking machine settings and addressing major sources of errors in article production
  • Communicating information to department management regarding technical and production issues, as well as maintaining the shift log
  • Training and supervision of machine and packaging personnel
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Compliance with and maintenance of applicable occupational safety regulations

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical education
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Experience in managing employees
  • Experience with production equipment
