    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

    Responsibilities
    • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
    • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
    • Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
    • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
    • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
    • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists
    • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe

    Requirements
    • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    • Create relationships from a cold start.
    • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
    • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
    • A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
    • Prior Sales Experience.
    • Must be highly self-motivated.
    • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
    • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred
