    Technical Sales Engineer

    FLW Southeast sales engineers operate in an exclusive territory designated by the company. The sales engineer will represent all products and services offered by FLW Southeast. Previous experience selling data acquisition as well as process and measurement instrumentation for the measurement of flow, level, pressure, temperature, liquid & gas analytics, is highly desired. The sales engineer is responsible for calling on end-user, OEM, system's integration, and VAR accounts in FLW Southeast's focused markets, including:

    • Aerospace & Defense
    • Automotive
    • Biopharm & Chemical
    • Food & Beverage
    • Metals & Glass
    • Paper, Printing, & Textile
    • Power Generation
    • Water & Wastewater

    • Sales Manager

    Sales Territory Geography

    • FLW Southeast is currently interviewing candidates for a sales territory covering North Florida and Southern GA. The territory is strictly defined by zip code and includes the cities of Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Orlando, and Savannah GA.

    Primary OSE Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
    • Continuous communication & relationship development with our principal partners.
    • Identify and target potential clients in line with the company's strategic goals.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client & principal relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
    • Provide first line technical support & market intelligence to Vertex sales engineers.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.

    Leadership & Professionalism

    • Maintain FLW Southeast CRM and provide timely documentation on territory activities.
    • Communicate effectively both in person and in writing.
    • Be sensitive to the needs of the organization and responsive to requests from within and outside of the organization.
    • Exhibit the utmost integrity in your work and personal life. Reflect positively on FLW Southeast as a member of the communities in which we operate (both publicly and as a private citizen).

    • Constantly seek to develop and grow as an individual and a member of the FLW Southeast team, always being open to feedback and opportunities to improve as a professional and providing appropriate feedback & assistance in developing others.

    Compensation and Benefits

    FLW Southeast offers its sales engineers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, commission bonuses based on territory growth, health insurance contribution, & 401K plan. This is a remote position, so FLW Southeast pays for high-speed internet access and reimburses its sales engineers for home office expenses.
