- Management of the company's branch, including customer service, sales, warehouse, service center and heat exchanger assembly shop.
- Responsibility for operational activities, i.e. renting space, recruiting employees, coordinating the operation of the assembly plant, contracting, etc.
- Improving and coordinating the manufacturing and assembly process of products
- Create supply chain procedures and regulations
- Developing long-term development and operational strategies for the division
- Designing and overseeing complex processes
- Responsibility for proper cash flow
- Managing a team (initially about 30 employees)
- Establish business relationships with new customers and suppliers in the Industry and OEM sales channels.
- Responsibility for recruitment and career development of customer service professionals
- Developing sustainable working relationships with existing clients
- Acquiring new clients
- Participate in all sales and marketing activities in the East Coast market
- Liaising with the managing director
- Reporting to the European headquarters
- Over five years of experience in HVAC industry (especially heat exchangers)
- Graduate of technical and engineering studies
- Experienced in business operations and activities
- Successfully developed strategic areas of the production company
- Extensive knowledge of heat exchangers
- Deep understanding of a customer market
- Able to establish good business relationships with the customers
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Strategic and sales-oriented thinking
- Ability to build authority and trust
- Able to set objectives and company strategy and properly communicating them
- Able to develop an effective and engaged team on different levels (coaching, development, knowledge management, etc.)
- Able to manage a team of sixty employees
