    **Northwest Exterminating will invest in your training as sales experience is not required to join our team**

    **Job Purpose:**

    Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Residential and Wildlife service offerings to prospective customers.

    Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards.

    Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.

    Communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest Exterminating customers

    Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers

    Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance.

    Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.

    **Requirements:**

    We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

    Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

    Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

    Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
