    Join a leading logistics provider as a Carrier Sales Specialist. This role requires an independent and self-motivated professional to work remotely, managing load coverage and building strong carrier relationships without relying on traditional posting and praying methods.

    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Specialist to work remotely and independently. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of carrier lanes and experience in sourcing carriers. You will be responsible for covering loads from the open load board, building a repetitive and ongoing carrier base, and fostering strong carrier relationships.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Cover loads from the open load board.

    Build and maintain a repetitive and ongoing carrier base.

    Utilize extensive knowledge of carrier lanes to optimize load coverage.

    Source carriers effectively without relying on posting and praying methods.

    Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with carriers.

    Work independently and efficiently from a home-based office.

    **Qualifications:**

    Extensive experience in carrier sales and load coverage.

    Proven knowledge of carrier lanes and sourcing carriers.

    Ability to build and maintain strong carrier relationships.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities.
